We know it's challenging, exciting and a little scary to start something new. Our team of passionate and qualified coaches will help and guide you on your journey with our amazing CrossFit Napier community.
If you're new to CrossFit, you'll need to attend one of our On-Ramp programs. We'll coach you in the Fundamental Movements of CrossFit over a specifically designed period.
These sessions are dedicated to teaching the key movement patterns and execution understandings in a small, optimal and fun environment. While learning these key components, you'll see your base fitness level elevated allowing you to join regular classes once complete.
