WOD 3 - lift heavy, pet cats Sponsored by limitless performance
For this WOD all female and all male will go single file in your pairs moving through the Ladder.
As the clean gets heavier, you will increase your but in burpees by one.
You may have as many attempts as you need to in the timeframe.
If your partner can no longer lift, you can continue through the ladder until failure with your partner being able to still continue to perform the burpees.
If you make it through to the end of the ladder, there will be a Lift off. You will all get 2 mins to find your heavy.
Our heat times and team sheets will be posted after final registrations come in on Wednesday. If you're still on the fence about signing up, you have one more day to get registered!
Full WOD briefing and run through video's will be posted as well as a full run sheet of the fun activities planned.
This is a competition you want to be part of so please don't leave it too late to enter.
$60.00 per team, F/F and M/M pairing.
All teams will cycle through their WODs all together.
