Our Teens programme kicks off in just over a week. If your teen is keen to get amongst it, learn some new skills and get involved in CrossFit as a sport, then come and see us.

Our classes are every Wednesday at 4:15pm. We will also have skills classes that will be by special invite to give opportunity for those who want to take their training to the next level!

WOD 3 - lift heavy, pet cats

For this WOD all female and all male will go single file in your pairs moving through the Ladder.

As the clean gets heavier, you will increase your but in burpees by one.

You may have as many attempts as you need to in the timeframe.

If your partner can no longer lift, you can continue through the ladder until failure with your partner being able to still continue to perform the burpees.

If you make it through to the end of the ladder, there will be a Lift off. You will all get 2 mins to find your heavy.
