Unlike gyms or other exercise programs, CrossFit courses happen in a community environment, where you work closely with coaches and other members for encouragement and support.
If you’re new to Crossfit, you’ll need to attend one of our On-Ramp programs. Come along and our coaches will teach you the Fundamental Movements of CrossFit over a specifically designed period.
These sessions are dedicated to teaching you, the key movement patterns and how to execute them in an environment that’s small, optimal and fun. While learning these key components, you’ll see your base fitness level elevated so you can join regular classes once you’ve completed the course.

If you're unsure if CrossFit is right for you, contact Les to arrange a free trial session. For your first session you'll need a to complete the Waiver Form, which you'll find below.
