On Ramp / Fundamental Programs

The On Ramp program is designed to introduce new athletes safely and concisely to the fundamental movements

We employ and the flow of classes in which they are delivered. Athletes work all progressions towards each movement, therefore determining for each where they sit so class adjustments for each and any are seamless.

The program is delivered over 5 One on One 60 minute sessions ensuring the 10 General Physical Skills are measured by both Coach and Athlete and the 9 Foundational Movements are all installed.

Once complete athletes enjoy 2 weeks Unlimited Membership access allowing them to ease into the class pace, meet the community and develop the confidence that comes with knowledge and learning.
